The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of document management processes. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Documentation Oversight: Oversee project documentation, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and easily accessible to the team.
  2. Document Maintenance: Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
  3. Procedure Development: Develop and implement document control procedures and standards.
  4. Team Liaison: Liaise with project teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  5. Deliverable Support: Assist in the preparation of project deliverables and submission packages.
  6. Documentation Review: Conduct regular reviews of documentation systems for completeness and accuracy.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Software Knowledge: Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
