Job Description:
  • Growth & Demand Generation:

This role involves driving full-funnel marketing strategies to boost signups, reduce churn, and increase MRR growth. Develop high-impact acquisition strategies across SEO, paid media, content marketing, partnerships, and performance marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Growth & Demand Generation: Execute a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on driving signups, reducing churn, and increasing MRR growth.
  2. Revenue & Performance Optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using key SaaS growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, Churn Rate & Retention, Conversion Rates & ROAS.
  3. Brand & Market Positioning: Elevate the brand as a leading SaaS platform in the social media management space.
  4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team with expertise in content, growth, and performance marketing.
Requirements:

Experience:

A minimum of 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in SaaS or tech).

Tech Skills:

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Amplitude, paid media, automation, and A/B testing tools.

Data-Driven Mindset:

The ability to analyze, iterate, and optimize based on real metrics.

Creative & Strategic Thinking:

Understanding brand positioning, storytelling, and how to stand out in a crowded market.

Leadership & Execution:

The ability to set strategy AND execute, leading a team while staying deeply involved in driving results.

Bonus Points:

  • Growing MRR rapidly in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • Possessing a passion for social media, creator economy, and digital marketing trends.
  • Experimentation and growth hacking through relentless testing, measurement, and iteration.
  • Experience using Social Champ (or similar tools) and a vision for dominating the space.
