Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role within our organization. This position involves managing finances, invoicing, and financial reporting.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing and accounts payable/receivable management
  • Financial record-keeping and reporting
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial data
  • Analysis and interpretation of financial trends and patterns
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP (GP)
  • Experience with Siebel CRM administration
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Data entry skills with strong numerical aptitude
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • Educational Background:
  • BS degree in Finance and Accounting or professional Accounting qualification finalist/completed
