Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Officer to join our team at Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing BTL activities, achieving KPIs, and conducting field audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute BTL activities to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct field audits to ensure activation programs are implemented correctly
  • Evaluate vendors based on their performance and capabilities
  • Monitor and track project performance on a daily and weekly basis
  • Provide analysis and reporting to support business decisions

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in BTL marketing in the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
