Job Description
Cultivating Relationships with Practice Staff and Physicians
Maintain visibility as the direct point of contact representing Enlive Revenue Solutions to practitioners.
- Lead and manage relationships with assigned providers to proactively measure, anticipate and prevent problems as well as continually improve operational efficiencies and achieve corporate objectives around programs and strategic initiatives with providers.
- Identify provider issues; coordinate solutions and ensure providers receive necessary support and resources to carry out solutions.
- In a matrixed liaison role, coordinate with operations and support areas to ensure the appropriate development and execution of initiatives, communication needs, and issue resolution.
- Act as a conduit for project teams to receive provider input and feedback on strategic initiatives.
- Assist with contracting related to implementing key provider strategies.
- Communicate with billing teams to optimize practice performance, uncover opportunities and progress.
- Engage resources, tools, analytics and reports to enable success in programs driving better health outcomes and higher patient satisfaction.
- Participate in and support education to providers and staff through diverse product portfolio and new technology offerings.
- Maintain market knowledge, industry awareness and innovation to drive change transforming healthcare delivery and reimbursement.
