Job Title: Marketing Strategist

We're looking for a seasoned Marketing Strategist to spearhead our digital growth efforts. Your success will be measured in leads generated, revenue grown, and innovative ideas executed.

You'll work closely with the founder to drive our digital marketing strategy across various channels, including ads, content, AI tools, SEO, and automation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Growth Marketing: Develop and execute paid and organic campaigns that deliver 15+ qualified leads per day. Own the funnel strategy across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp platforms. Conduct A/B tests and performance experiments to optimize results.
  • Ai & Automation: Utilize ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, Jasper, and Midjourney to streamline content creation, design, and workflows. Design and implement chatbots, auto-replies, and CRM automations to enhance efficiency.
  • Content & Social Media: Lead our content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create engaging reels, carousels, and real estate-focused storytelling. Collaborate with the design and content team to roll out timely and relevant posts.
  • Paid Ads & Funnel Optimization: Launch and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Improve click rates, cost-per-lead, and overall conversions. Optimize landing pages for lead generation.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Strong grasp of Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Zapier.
  • Able to think strategically and execute tactically.
