Job Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned frontend development leader with expertise in Angular to oversee and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, ensuring efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop scalable code components using Angular frameworks, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high code quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to frontend development, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies, applying knowledge to drive team growth and development.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their skills and confidence in a collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement and adaptability.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 7+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or senior role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in modern frontend technologies and frameworks, including JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, HTML, CSS. Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.


Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with progressive web applications (PWAs).
  • Experience with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies or full-stack experience.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of side projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
