Manufacturing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Coordinator to join our team at Serton Global AS, a leading producer of high-quality PU and water-based chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations for PU-based production, ensuring timely completion of production schedules.
• Lead team members to achieve operational excellence, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
• Monitor equipment performance, performing routine maintenance to prevent downtime and optimize productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
• Oversee inventory management, accurately tracking raw materials and finished goods to inform production decisions.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to improve production efficiency.
• Prepare and present detailed production reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills, supporting their career growth.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising product quality, driving business success.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment issues, ensuring uninterrupted production.
• Submit regular production logs and reports on raw material usage and inventory, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Communicate production updates and challenges during monthly management reviews, fostering open communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–5 years of experience in supervising PU-based production processes.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and production standards.

Work Schedule:

Morning shift.
