Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Proposal Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing grant proposals, maintaining proposal repositories, and conducting market research.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication, research, organization, presentation, and layout skills. They will be responsible for preparing and managing grant proposals, meeting proposal deadlines, and coordinating with local and international chapters.

This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to enhance proposal processes and coordination. The successful candidate will have advanced computer skills, including graphic design, problem solving, deadline management, process improvement, product and market knowledge, and understanding complex instructions.

In addition to the above responsibilities, this role will also involve writing and revising drafts, ensuring quality and consistency in proposal documents using templates and standards, and conducting market research and data tracking.
