Job Description

As a key player in driving business growth, the Net Revenue Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of a cross-functional organization that embeds Net Revenue Management principles across the board.

  • Ensure the delivery of the net revenue strategy with excellence and maximize salesforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective Gross to Net (G2N) principles for planning, spending, and reimbursement.
  • Oversee the annual and quarterly trade spend/investment planning process to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Implement a budget deployment process that cascades effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a pricing strategy for FMCG and OTC products, balancing policies and competition landscape.
  • Own the list price management process to optimize revenue streams.
  • Drive initiatives to improve gross margin through Active Mix Management and support brand teams with tailored promotion strategies.
  • Ensure customer engagement is robust, including contracts, execution tracking, and documents.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams and conduct regular forums.
  • Conduct post-evaluations of promotions to ensure business viability.
  • Build strong relationships with commercial and category teams to drive collective success.
