Paid Advertising Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive paid advertising strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Advertising Strategies: Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Ad Creation: Create compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to target audience demographics and behaviors.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage advertising budgets to ensure campaigns meet objectives within allocated funds.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continually optimize campaign performance.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to identify and implement improvements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.
  • New Opportunities: Identify and explore new advertising opportunities and channels to expand reach and drive growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to paid advertising in all campaigns.
  • Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor advertising activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Digital Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Organization: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications.
  • Automation Experience: Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Design Skills: Graphic design skills or experience working with design teams.
  • HTML/CSS Knowledge: Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing and website editing.
  • Co-Working Experience: Previous experience in co-working space.
