Infrastructure Technical Lead

The Infrastructure Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems infrastructure solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of system architecture and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive systems infrastructure strategies.
  2. Design and implement secure systems infrastructure solutions to protect against cyber threats and ensure business continuity.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide expert advice on systems infrastructure.
  4. Lead the planning, deployment, and maintenance of systems infrastructure projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  5. Analyze and troubleshoot complex systems infrastructure issues to resolve them efficiently and effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of systems infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance is required.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMWARE and ESXi, is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Education, Certifications, and Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
  • Technical certifications, such as MS, SolarWinds, or ME, are desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems infrastructure is necessary.

  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to troubleshoot complex systems infrastructure issues.
