Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Content Production Lead to spearhead the creation of high-quality, engaging content that meets international standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in media production, video editing, and digital storytelling. They must be passionate about managing the entire content production process from concept creation to final delivery.

The successful Content Production Lead will collaborate with the Marketing & Creative teams to develop original content concepts, oversee shoots, edit and supervise post-production, ensure timely delivery, and align content with brand identity.

This role requires strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

A Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, or related field is mandatory, along with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.

Possession of a strong portfolio showcasing video editing and creative storytelling skills is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop original content concepts in collaboration with the Marketing & Creative teams
  • Manage the full production cycle: pre-production planning, shooting, editing, and delivery
  • Direct and oversee shoots, including location management, crew coordination, and equipment setup
  • Edit and supervise post-production: video editing, sound design, color grading, and motion graphics
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time, aligned with brand identity, and optimized for platforms (social, TV, digital)
