We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team on a 13-month contract, providing administrative support for customer payments across multiple platforms.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth processing of customer payments, supporting retail and commercial customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily allocation of payments for all accounts across Australia and New Zealand
  • Managing high volumes of queries via phone and email
  • Supporting online access queries and card administration with a 24-hour turnaround
  • Maintaining multiple inboxes, and managing cash application tasks
  • Resolving complex payment issues and providing accurate receipting
  • Liaising with internal teams such as Loss Prevention, IT, Accounting, Credit, and Operations
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail

About You:

  • You'll need strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Knowledge of Oracle/COS systems and intermediate Excel skills (preferred)
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering great service
