Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, to the highest standards of quality, and in compliance with relevant safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of all construction activities.
  • Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure efficient and productive work.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
