MEP Engineer

A highly skilled and experienced MEP Manager is required to oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in high-rise buildings. Strong expertise in project management, team leadership, and ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of reports, tender documents, engineering calculations, and specifications for HVAC, firefighting, vertical transport, plumbing works, and electrical works.
  • Technical scrutiny of contracts, supervising installation works at site, processing contractor's bills, and comparing shop drawings with design and tender drawings.
  • Load calculation for all MEP works, project operation procedures management and control, progress payment preparation, and progress monitoring.
  • Shop drawings and material submittals on time preparation and submission, quality control procedures, labor placement, and teamwork abilities.
  • Site coordination and management capabilities, reviewing bills of quantities and scope of work, and preparation of work and cost analysis for variations.
  • Technical report writing and project planning, cost estimation, and technical detailing of projects.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably civil engineering.
  • 10+ years' experience in supervision of new construction and remodeling projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, project coordination, and time management.
