Lead Product Designer Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Product Designer. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging user experiences for next-generation apps.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior designers, maintaining a smooth workflow, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute design decisions.

A Typical Week
  • Collaborate with UI Artists to ensure design consistency
  • Create wireframes and layouts using various tools
  • Work closely with game engineers and designers to bring designs to life
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Incorporate usability testing feedback into your designs
  • Develop augmented reality user experiences from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity mockups
Requirements
  • Balancing creativity with awareness of design elements is essential
  • Drawing wire frames/mock-ups during the ideation process is critical
  • Planning and implementing new designs and experiences is a key responsibility
  • Creating prototypes for new product ideas is vital
  • Closely collaborating with Front-End/Full-Stack Engineers to implement user experiences seamlessly is crucial
  • Ability to handle designs related to print is necessary
  • Being able to create 3D/2D assets is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and empathy are essential
  • Self-awareness and a desire to continually improve are necessary
