Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and launch of a product from concept through successful market introduction.

  • Take ownership of innovation, end-to-end development, and successful product delivery.
  • Serve as the Product Owner for Scrum teams, ensuring a clear product vision, roadmap, and well-aligned priorities.
  • Translate business goals into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and continuously groom the product backlog to ensure a steady pipeline of prioritized work.
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, and hardware teams to deliver high-quality embedded solutions.
  • Coordinate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless firmware-to-device integration.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback, market research, and competitor insights to guide product decisions.
  • Communicate product vision, updates, and roadmaps to technical teams and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project impediments to ensure sprint and release goals are met.
  • Support go-to-market activities in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile environments.
  • Proven experience working on firmware, embedded systems, or hardware-centric products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to bridge technical and business requirements into clear, actionable product work.
