Becoming a UX/UI Designer is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your skills in visual communication and interaction design.

CyberGen, a security consulting firm with over 12 years of industry experience, offers a range of digital solutions to help secure and grow businesses. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating web design, Web graphics, and illustrations for various projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and the ability to work closely with designers, marketing teams, and clients to develop visual concepts and designs that meet the needs of their target audience.

Job Specification

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as a UX/UI designer is required.
  • You should possess a creative and imaginative mindset to develop unique concepts and designs that capture the viewer's attention.
  • Good communication skills are essential to understand clients' needs and effectively communicate design decisions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and modern design tools is necessary for success in this role.
  • Flexibility to adapt designs and concepts to meet clients' needs and preferences is crucial.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills are required to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient with Ticketing Systems to accept and resolve service requests and incidents.
  • A strong ability to manage own time to fulfill tasks efficiently, in the correct priority, and to the required level of quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Education/Certifications:

  • A Bachelors' degree or equivalent 16 years of education is required.
  • Other active certifications in related field are also preferred.
