Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at UCE Telecom. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and ensuring that our business operations run smoothly.
Your primary focus will be on supporting our Country Manager in acting as a single point of contact for all key stakeholders of our projects. You will also be responsible for supporting the planning, leading, forecasting, risk management, negotiation, issue management, and communication management for our projects.
In addition, you will work closely with our Human Resource Management team to ensure that our projects are properly resourced and that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
You will also be responsible for supporting administrative, logistics, HR, technical, technological, and infrastructural operations. This will include developing and implementing operating policies and procedures in compliance with various organization standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant Engineering Degree/Certifications with experience of Balanced Scorecard and PMP
- Knowledge of methods and techniques for risk management, business impact analysis, cross-checks, countermeasures, and contingency arrangements relating to serious disruption of communications services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to influence business change, monitoring, and evaluation for cost cuttings
