  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding order confirmations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a high-volume environment.
  • A strong interest in technology, computers, and IT products is essential for this role.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and potential customers, presenting information and responding to questions.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are required to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, the Internet, and email applications is necessary.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop sales/marketing strategies based on given guidelines and interact with customers.
  • A hardworking attitude and ability to enhance sales volume while meeting given targets are expected.
