Job Title: E-commerce Marketing Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Expert to join our team. As an E-commerce Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising channels.
  2. Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain a robust social media presence aligned with client business objectives.
  3. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  4. Trend Identification and Optimization: Identify trends and insights, optimizing spending and performance based on findings.
  5. Growth Strategy Development: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  6. Experimentation and Conversion Testing: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to optimize user/sales funnels.
  7. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience.
  8. Analytical Expertise: Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Requirements:
  1. Digital Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  2. Social Media and Email Marketing: Experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and account-based marketing.
  3. Copywriting and Editing: Experience in copywriting and editing social media content and posts.
  4. Social Media Advertising Knowledge: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising policies including SEO, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  5. CRM Familiarity: Good knowledge of CRMs like Hubspot.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Good at reporting and analysis.
  7. Landing Page Development: Knowledge of landing pages/web development.
