Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled e-commerce professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, managing inventory levels, responding to customer reviews, and updating website content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize product listings across all Shopify channels to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and manage product inventory levels to ensure timely restocking and minimize stockouts.
  • Respond promptly to customer reviews posted on Shopify to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Update website banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed to reflect new products and promotions.
  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce tools to efficiently manage inventory, orders, and customer communication.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail to create engaging product descriptions and respond to customer inquiries.
