Job Title: Operations Director

The role of an Operations Director is crucial in driving the company's overall performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Profitability: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's objectives, ensuring continual stimulus for growth and operational efficiency.
2. Ensure Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing improvement across all areas of operations, focusing on quality management and customer satisfaction.
3. Instill Company Vision: Promote the company's vision, mission, and culture among employees, emphasizing the importance of quality objectives.
4. Total Quality Management: Implement and maintain quality management systems based on ISO 9001 standards, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
5. Budgeting and Planning: Develop and oversee budgets, plans, and programs to optimize equipment, space, facility, and human resource utilization, ensuring manufacturing objectives are met.
6. Review and Monitor: Regularly review operating results, update management on quality and profitability issues, and recommend improvements.
7. Tactical Planning: Develop and prioritize tactical plans to ensure factory operational goals are achieved, optimizing production capacity relative to finished goods inventory requirements.
8. Minimize Backorders: Ensure minimal backorder status and adequate service levels through close liaison among marketing, production, store, and materials personnel.
9. Maintenance of Product Standards: Assure desired product quality by maintaining high manufacturing standards, employee awareness, training programs, adherence to housekeeping standards, etc.
10. Competency and Continuity: Ensure managerial and specialized personnel are competent and capable of achieving management and manufacturing objectives through training and motivation.
11. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations to ensure productivity objectives are met and morale is maintained at all levels within the workforce.
12. Policies and Action Plans: Formulate, develop, and implement policies and action plans to maximize production and align with company objectives.
13. Operations Direction: Develop strategic vision for operations direction and performance requirements, aligning with the company's mission and objectives.
14. Safety Measures: Ensure all safety measures are implemented at the site, and all machinery involved in projects is in working order.
15. Commercial and Supply Chain Leadership: Lead and manage commercial and supply chain processes, including logistics department and warehouses, coordinating with Operations Manager regarding technical, maintenance, and development activities.
16. Quality Assurance: Maintain close liaison with the QA department to ensure compliance with quality standards.
17. Adherence to Code of Conduct: Report on duty right in time, follow the code of conduct while on duty, and preach it to others.
18. Efficient Work-Flow: Coordinate with management and labor for smooth work-flow.
