Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Develop clear sales strategies, provide coaching and mentorship to team members, and foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity.
  • Sales Strategy: Analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders through excellent customer service and professional communication.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics to ensure targets are met and prepare reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Furniture industry.
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
