As a seasoned professional in the Architecture, Interior Design, or Furniture industry, you will be responsible for leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 3+ years of proven sales experience in their chosen industry.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Develop clear sales strategies, provide coaching and mentorship to team members, and foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity.
- Sales Strategy: Analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders through excellent customer service and professional communication.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics to ensure targets are met and prepare reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Furniture industry.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
