Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a challenging opportunity in the healthcare industry?
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Recruiter Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to source, screen, and hire qualified nurses and other healthcare professionals to meet their staffing needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for nursing positions in Ontario, Canada.
- Conducting interviews, assessing skills and qualifications, and ensuring candidates meet client requirements.
- Working closely with clients to understand their nurse requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Advertising job openings on various platforms and proactively engaging with potential candidates.
- Ensuring all candidates meet the licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements for nursing roles in Ontario.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in the healthcare industry.
- Understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, Ontario healthcare regulations, and workforce management procedures.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in high-volume healthcare recruitment hirings.
- Familiarity with licensing requirements for healthcare professionals in Ontario.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
