Sales Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work closely with our sales team to drive business growth and achieve company goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for working as a liaison between sales agents and clients, setting up showings and appointments, and ensuring they take place.

• Work as a liaison between sales agents and clients to set up showings and appointments
• Maintain accurate client databases to provide valuable information to the sales team
• Funnel qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with prospects via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication

• Licensed real estate agent in Virginia is preferred
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Enjoys team collaboration
• Current U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
• 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
