We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Technical Writer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects in the UK public sector, gaining exposure to complex and challenging bids and tenders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and contributing to bid submissions, working closely with stakeholders across various departments. A key aspect of this role is research, gathering information from multiple sources to create compelling responses to bid questions.

This position requires attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid writing and managing tenders, ideally within the public sector.

Key responsibilities include attending bid kick-off meetings, maintaining a library of existing and in-progress bids, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential new opportunities.

The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and growing team, contributing to the success of various projects. They will also have the opportunity to support team members with additional projects when required.

A strong foundation in MS Office suite and familiarity with bid management tools such as AGAI (or similar) is essential. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, are also crucial.
