Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional technical support via various channels.
- Debug and optimize complex API integrations and SQL-based data workflows.
- Train customers on the effective utilization of AI-driven personalization and automation tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Solutions Architects, Engineers, and Product Teams.
- Drive customer retention and upsell opportunities through unparalleled service excellence.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing tech roles, including Support, CS, and Sales Engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL (or a willingness to acquire it).
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills encompassing APIs, SaaS tools, and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt in AI, CDPs, and big data.
- Self-discipline and adaptability in a remote work environment, with a proactive approach.
