Job Description

The Senior Officer Marketing and Sales will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue expansion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
  • Arranging and conducting client visits to the factory, fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports for management, including monthly marketing and sales reports, invoice status reports, dispatch status reports, etc.
  • Ensuring the optimal use of modern database management tools like BI to benefit the M&S department.
  • Conducting secondary research to gather and analyze data for identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Preparing and submitting quotations, sales orders, pre-bid and post-bid comments, bid bonds, performance bond guarantees, and performing all operational tasks related to tender submission.
  • Maintaining open communication with customers regarding current and upcoming projects, resolving issues, and addressing any concerns.
  • Preparing and submitting claims as needed; resolving disputes and litigations effectively.
  • Overseeing internal and external audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Managing order processing through ERP systems.
  • Maintaining complete documentation of the marketing and sales department, including updated client profiles, ongoing, completed, and rejected projects, etc.
  • Following up with debtors to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments.
  • Implementing API/QHSE procedures and ensuring product/process quality.
