Job Overview.

As an Assistant Manager Compliance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company adheres to HSEQ standards. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards under ISO 9001 and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective compliance. This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with the HSE G&T department to develop and implement quality projects, coordinate internal audits, and track closure of non-conformities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering and relevant experience in HSE Compliance, Quality Assurance, or a similar role.

Hiring Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering;
Certifications in ISO 4500, ISO 9001:2015, Lead Auditor (preferred), NEBOSH;
2+ years of experience in HSE Compliance, Quality Assurance, or a similar role preferably in power, utility, or industrial sector;
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Dashboards;
Familiarity with HSEQ regulations, ISO 9001, and quality control methodologies;
Ability to interpret data, create visualizations, and draft improvement strategies;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management ability;
