HR Generalist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting positions, shortlisting, interviewing, negotiating and on-boarding. This role also involves orienting newly hired staff and faculty members.

• Recruitment process management
• New employee orientation and on-boarding
• Employee training and development
• Leadership role in day-to-day HR operations
• Serving as a point of contact with Academic Operations department
• Maintaining accurate records of employee data on HRIS
• Effective management of leave and attendance on HRIS
• Assisting in developing documentation related to visa, bank letter, employment letters, etc.
• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all staff and faculty
• Coordinating regular updates of supporting data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) for payroll
• Planning and execution of employee engagement events
• Managing disciplinary actions and maintaining relevant records
• Coordinating with health and life insurance vendors for fluctuations and claims
• Processing probationary evaluations and confirmations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in recruitment, training, and development
• Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
