
HR Generalist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting positions, shortlisting, interviewing, negotiating and on-boarding. This role also involves orienting newly hired staff and faculty members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment process management
- New employee orientation and on-boarding
- Employee training and development
- Leadership role in day-to-day HR operations
- Serving as a point of contact with Academic Operations department
- Maintaining accurate records of employee data on HRIS
- Effective management of leave and attendance on HRIS
- Assisting in developing documentation related to visa, bank letter, employment letters, etc.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all staff and faculty
- Coordinating regular updates of supporting data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) for payroll
- Planning and execution of employee engagement events
- Managing disciplinary actions and maintaining relevant records
- Coordinating with health and life insurance vendors for fluctuations and claims
- Processing probationary evaluations and confirmations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in recruitment, training, and development
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
