Job Summary

A skilled Civil Engineer is required to manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, execute, and deliver construction projects from start to finish.
  2. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  3. Inspect construction sites to ensure quality standards are met.
  4. Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  5. Develop and review designs, plans, and specifications.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all projects.
  7. Analyze feasibility, costs, and risks for new projects.
  8. Collaborate with the project management team for smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering (Postgraduate degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, particularly with Pre-Engineered Buildings.
  • Deep understanding of construction techniques, design, and project management.
  • Proficient in CAD software, 3D modeling, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
