Business Development Specialist

This role entails cultivating close relationships with senior business leaders to drive expansion and diversification of both government and private sector business across Pakistan. Key responsibilities include managing tender business, overseeing the fulfillment of business requirements for various entities, ensuring timely payments and securities, supporting sales teams in enrolling new outlets, assisting in IRS claim submissions, managing enrollment processes, and providing support in institutional forecasting and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close coordination with senior business leaders to foster and expand government and private sector business across Pakistan.
  • Ensure timely management of tender business, collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments.
  • Oversee the execution and fulfillment of business requirements for key clients.
  • Manage the recovery of payments and securities in a timely manner.
  • Support sales teams in enrolling new outlets under the IRS business model.
  • Assist in the submission and follow-up of IRS claims.
  • Manage enrollment processes for new clients.
  • Provide support in institutional forecasting and data management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
