Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role involves collaborating with the recruitment team to source, screen and interview potential candidates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist in the development of job descriptions and postings for various roles across different departments.
  • To perform thorough screenings of applicants using a combination of phone and video interviews to gauge their suitability for specific positions.
  • To maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions throughout the hiring process, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques, such as social media advertising, employee referrals, and online search platforms.
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in a language other than English (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Mandarin, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
