Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, ensuring our healthcare software solutions meet the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with technical implementation teams to understand clinical workflows and regulatory considerations. You will also conduct post-configurations/deployment verification and validation to ensure successful implementation and address any issues reported by healthcare providers, coordinators, or patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute existing automated test cases, analyze test results, and report defects to keep software quality standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing of healthcare software applications.
  • Collaborate with technical implementation team to understand healthcare provider requirements, clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations.
  • Conduct post-configurations/deployment verification and validation to ensure successful implementation and address any issues reported by healthcare providers, co-coordinators, or patients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • ~6+ years of software testing and QA experience
  • Must have practical experience in Cypress/Selenium framework
  • Familiar with SDLC and STLC methodologies
  • Should be good with relational database query concepts
