Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Ensure the highest standards of quality across production and supporting processes through effective planning, execution, and monitoring. Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality control inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure adherence to defined standards.
  • Develop and enforce clear inspection protocols and plans at each production stage.
  • Analyze quality results and trends to identify recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Production teams to resolve quality deviations promptly.
Quality Assurance (QA):
  • Implement end-to-end QA processes across production and supporting departments.
  • Ensure adherence to company quality policies, specifications, and procedures.
  • Develop, review, and maintain Quality Assurance documentation and SOPs.
  • Establish effective systems for document control and version management.
Compliance & Standards:
  • Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead the establishment and maintenance of QMS (Quality Management System) and IMS (Integrated Management System) frameworks.
  • Drive readiness for external certifications and audits.
Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Quality team, including QC Inspectors, QA Analysts, and Document Controllers.
  • Build a culture of quality excellence across production and supporting departments.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and complaints.
  • Promote data-driven problem-solving tools and techniques.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
