Video Editing Specialist

We are seeking a talented video editing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation process, you will be responsible for transforming raw instructional footage into engaging educational videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging educational content.
  • Incorporate on-screen text, educational graphics, and animations to enhance learning points and viewer engagement.
  • Select and integrate appropriate background music and sound effects, ensuring clear and crisp audio quality for all instructional content.
  • Perform color correction and audio mixing to maintain a consistent and professional brand standard.
  • Collaborate with our team via remote communication tools to understand project requirements and educational goals.
  • Organize and manage digital assets, project files, and archives in a cloud-based environment.
  • Format and export final videos for various online learning platforms and social media channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro/Filmora/Capcut.
  • Strong experience with motion graphics and visual aids using Adobe After Effects.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and the ability to create and edit graphic assets using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
  • A solid understanding of video and audio principles, including formats, codecs, and compression for web-based delivery.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
