We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Department Manager to oversee the daily operations of our accounting team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day activities, preparing financial reports, and making recommendations to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare Management Accounts, including Sales Tax & Income Tax, and make reports from Management Accounts & MIS.
- Review Standard Operating Procedures from Data Posting till Completion of Accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff, recommending further courses of action to drive business growth.
- Must have experience of Articleship (completed) in an audit firm, with strong analytical skills and tax statement preparation expertise.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing firm, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
