Job Summary

The Construction Manager will oversee the management of construction sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery. This role involves coordinating with clients, project managers, and supervisors to achieve project goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Generate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and materials list for sites.
  • Attend meetings with clients to negotiate technical issues and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Knowledge of generating drawings and experience in site work.
Preferred Skills

A combination of the following skills would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with construction software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
