Software Engineer - MERN Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our development team. As a key member of the team, you will work on building high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
- Design, develop and deploy full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.
- Create user-friendly interfaces with a focus on responsive design.
- Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Manage data storage with MongoDB, ensuring efficient retrieval and manipulation.
- Write clean and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
- Identify and troubleshoot diverse web application issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in web development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB.
- Experience with AWS.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
- Understanding of version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
