About the Solar Project Leader Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of solar projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

The Solar Project Leader requires exceptional leadership skills, effective coordination with stakeholders, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee procurement and resource allocation to meet project requirements.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability in all project activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing solar projects in the renewable energy sector.
