Backend Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled software engineer to design, develop and maintain robust backend systems.

  • This role requires hands-on experience with Python, Django and microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and optimize backend applications using Python and Django.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support seamless integration with front-end and external systems.
  • Implement and manage databases including SQL Server, MongoDB and PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Develop and deploy microservices using Kafka, RabbitMQ and Redis for distributed systems and caching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architect solutions and ensure code quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing systems for scalability and reliability.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience with Python development.
  • Strong expertise in Django for building web applications and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Proficiency with microservices architecture and tools like Kafka, RabbitMQ and Redis.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles and version control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
