Manager Marketing

We are currently seeking a seasoned marketing professional to fill the role of Manager Marketing.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in marketing and product development, preferably in veterinary products. They will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  2. Forecasting sales and budgeting for marketing initiatives.
  3. Overseeing sales teams and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase product sales.
  4. Monitoring competitors' activities and market trends.
  5. Leading a team of sales professionals, including NSM, area managers, sales promotion officers, product managers, and marketing coordinators.
  6. Managing the field force, including selection, training, and performance evaluation.
  7. Coordinating with distributors and resolving conflicts through personal visits.
  8. Designing and conducting training sessions for sales teams.
  9. Identifying new sales avenues and developing business relationships with institutional clients.
  10. Planning and executing promotional campaigns, including literature and promotional materials.
  11. Visiting customers and sales personnel regularly to assess performance and provide feedback.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong understanding of research and development concepts in the pharma market. Experience with IT systems is also an asset.

This role requires a high level of organizational skill, adaptability, and creativity to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
