Amazon Backend Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Amazon Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing backend tasks for a portfolio of up to 15 accounts on Amazon, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
This role requires someone with extensive experience in leading and managing projects and teams, as well as staying on top of Amazon's marketing trends and creating and optimizing listings. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of keen business knowledge and solid technical skills.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a remote setting and be willing to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. They will also be committed to abiding by our time tracking system to accurately record and report work hours.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Brand Strategists to implement effective strategies and ensure seamless execution. You will also assist in the development and execution of backend strategies to optimize product listings, enhance discoverability, and drive sales. Additionally, you will maintain clear and consistent communication with clients via email, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
You will take ownership of assigned responsibilities, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion. You will monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending appropriate adjustments to improve account performance. You will stay updated with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize account potential. Finally, you will leverage knowledge of Amazon and Walmart ecosystems to drive growth and deliver exceptional results for clients.
