We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Auto Shipping Broker. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce our services and drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales/customer service roles and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to effectively negotiate with customers and handle rejection with poise.

Responsibilities
  1. Contact potential customers to inform them about our services
  2. Answer questions about our service and provide expert advice
  3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  4. Enter and update customer information in our database
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Auto Shipping Broker or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
