Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supervising administrative staff and front desk officers to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Managing office inventories and supplies, overseeing procurement, stocking, and distribution.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for directors, handling queries, approvals, and administrative concerns.
  • Assisting the HR team by fulfilling administrative requests promptly and effectively.
  • Administering travel allowances in compliance with company policies.
  • Overseeing corporate event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup, and payment processing.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth event planning and execution.
  • Managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely payments.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess an MBA or BBA from a recognized institution, along with 5-7 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. They will demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
