Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to craft engaging presentations and graphics. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, incorporating custom graphics, charts, diagrams, and infographics.
  • Create and maintain core design systems, including fonts, colors, styles, and backgrounds, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Transform complex information into clear, concise, and visually appealing slides.
  • Utilize presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and other design tools effectively.
Graphic Design:
  • Design graphics for presentations, including icons, illustrations, and other visual elements.
  • Design Email Marketing Templates according to the latest trends to engage the audience and improve the email opening rate.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices for crafting dynamic and persuasive presentations.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and presenters to understand presentation goals and messaging.
  • Seek and incorporate feedback to ensure presentations meet the needs of the audience.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Project Management:
  • Manage the presentation design process from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure all presentations are polished and professional.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation software.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles and visual communication.
  • Experience in creating visually engaging presentations and graphics.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear and concise visuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Experience in corporate, consultancy, or financial sectors is a plus.
