Digital Marketing Job Description

We seek a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns and drive business growth through innovative sales approaches.

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that meet client needs and goals.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse sales team, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing training and support.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data from digital marketing campaigns to report on performance and forecast future sales.
  • Industry Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices to remain competitive in sales and marketing efforts.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a consulting/accounting/legal service industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse team.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills with prior experience in International Sales and Customer Service.
