Job Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading all implementation phases, including pre-UAT, UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live support.

About the Role:

This role requires a strong leader who can guide projects and teams towards successful delivery. You will work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation phases, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee UAT sessions with banks, resolving issues and ensuring readiness for production.
  • Proactively track and resolve technical and operational issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Soft Skills:

  • Proven experience in implementing software solutions, especially in banking or financial domains.
  • Expertise in UAT processes, system testing, and API integrations.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Asana.
  • Advanced technical skills, including SQL, debugging, and understanding of system configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.
  • 2–4 years of experience in implementation, delivery, or project management roles, preferably in the banking or fintech sector.
